Metal Manifesto was not released in 2009 and therefore does not qualify.

Was it actually ever released anyway? Really? I’ve never seen a physical copy of it.

Where is the Exalted Piledriver? “Metal Manifesto” is easily number one. Even if it came out in late 2008 it still rules over all of these albums.
