Most people don't know who they are, and many of those who have heard of them...they've only heard OF them. I think the majority of metal fans would flock to them if they saw them live. And you're right, people into Sunn or Boris, or Cathedral or St. Vitus...or more popular metal styles, they'd dig it, I'm sure. And they were definitely using "pop" choruses and structures embedded within heavy music years before Kylesa or Torche, and they'd definitely appeal to fans of those bands. They're just fucking amazing. I really can't stress that enough. Dude, you’re completely on point. Seen em live twice, and they made the walls shake. Of course, that was with their full "North American" amplification. Still, they are definitely under-the-radar.
