Hey Brian,

Good to hear, and it was a great experience for YOB to play the high school show. I wish I was there!

My name is Brian and I am one of the teachers who began the Heavy Metal Club. www.myspace.com/heavymetalclub
All I can say is that the members of YOB were the most humble, amazing role models for the students. They are musicians with the highest degree of musical integrity (and one of my all time favorite bands) and I hope this amazing record brings them the recognition they deserve.

The lawsuit was settled, but they can't discuss any of the details. From what I gather, it wasn't a favourable outcome, but it could have been a lot worse.

The acts of that Midian band were reprehensible.

So what ultimately happened with the legal case? Was it finally dropped?

That Nu Metal Midian band are a bunch of A-holes. I can't believe they would push the issue that far.

High school heavy metal club? That is awesome.

Congrats to Mike for getting YOB back together. It was terrible to hear about the whole Middian debacle. He was one of the coolest guys I ever got to talk to during my U! days.
