Good songwriting, hooks, memorable parts are built secondarily upon this basic foundation, and oft looked upon as a bonus in this extremely redundant and rarely adventurous genre. Van Drunen understood this when he formed Hail Of Bullets, but Asphyx is a castle built upon a foundation of sand.
